Making your first appointment

To make your first appointment, simply pick which therapist you believe is the best match for your needs. Next send an email directly to the therapist (email address under their name) We will then be in contact to arrange an appointment time.

Your first appointment

Feeling uncomfortable or anxious before coming along to your first appointment is very normal. We naturally feel nervous meeting new people and going to new places. Likewise, when first meeting your psychologist/therapist you may feel a little uneasy, as is normal when preparing to discuss concerns that have been bothering you. During therapy, your psychologist/therapist will help you to understand your problems, how they have arisen, and how to go about managing them more effectively.

  • A safe environment to talk openly.

  • Guidance.

  • Therapy sessions are 60 minutes broken down into 50 mins of active therapy and 10 mins of admin (note taking
