Alison has over 30 years experience working in community, government and private practice settings, and has experience working with a broad range of issues employing transdiagnostic and neurobiological approaches including: Internal Family Systems (Parts therapy), Polyvagal, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR, Brainspotting, Somatic Therapy).

​

Alison provides therapy to adults on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in Gisborne. She also provides Telehealth appointments.

Alison is a fully registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Registration Agency, a member of the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc (AAPi) and an Associate Member of EMDRAA
